Online Mental Health First Aid Training (Adult)

Cost includes: Access to the online learning platform, access to 4 half day live teaching sessions, manual, workbook, action card and certification.

This online course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:

  • An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
  • Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support – whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix

    • Learning takes place through a mixture of 4 half-day live teaching sessions and self-directed learning via an online platform.

    Dates/Times:

  • 22nd, 24th, 29th June and 1st July 2021: all 9am-12noon
  • Or
  • 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd September 2021: all 9am-12noon
  • Or
  • 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th October 2021: all 9.30am-12.30pm

    • Cost: This course is valued at £300pp by Mental Health First Aid England. However, we are currently offering a discounted rate as part of a campaign to increase awareness of mental health in the workplace. Our price is therefore £240pp or 3 places for £550. (Other group sizes are welcome - please contact directly for a bespoke quote.)
