Five Ways Consultancy is experienced in the organisation of wellbeing events and activities to suit a range of business needs. We have a (growing) database of providers plus a wealth of experience in events planning and organisation. A variety of packages are available and can be tailored to meet your business needs.

How does it work?
Typically, we ask for a brief outline of requirements and budget. A suggested programme will then be designed to meet the specification before being reviewed by yourself.

Examples of activities include:

  1. A ‘New year, New you’ week including a range of fitness activities, yoga, alcohol awareness and nutrition workshops.
  2. ‘Mental Health Awareness’ weeks including a range of topic briefings (anxiety, depression, importance of mental health in the workplace), chances to network or learn a new skill (speed networking, magic workshop, language class), relaxation sessions (staff massages, yoga, meditation).
  3. Adhoc sessions include arts and crafts, opportunities to get to know your workplace better (workplace benefits, work being undertaken) and seminars where workplace statistics are presented or action planning for future sessions is encouraged.
